not maintain inventory, every item is specially made for you upon placing your
order.

Returns and Refunds
Policy:

Refund Initiation:

You have 14 days from the date of
delivery to initiate a return for a refund. Please contact our customer
service team at tom@oliban-ni.com with your order number and reason
for return.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be returned in their original,
unworn condition with all tags attached.

Due to the bespoke nature of our
products, we advise thoughtful consideration before making a purchase, as
returned items cannot be restocked.

Return Process:

Upon approval of your return request, we
will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Please ensure that the items are securely
packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for covering
the cost of return shipping.

Refund Procedure:

Once we receive and inspect the returned
item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be
processed and credited to your original method of payment within 10
business days.

Exclusions:

Customized or personalized items are not
eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error
on our part.
